The client engaged us to modernize their kitchen and create a beautiful centerpiece to entertain friends and family. We achieved this by lightening up the finishes, incorporating full height quartz behind the range with a spice shelf and enlarging the window over the kitchen sink. We also added more thoughtful lighting by adding in sconces, and under cabinet lighting to brighten up the space and add additional interest. We also renovated their mudroom with beautiful checkered tiles and custom locker cabinets and a sink. In addition to these first-floor rooms, our client wanted to modernize their dated 90’s era builder grade bathroom into something more open and modern. We achieved this by updating the finishes to incorporate a lighter and brighter color scheme, altering the floor plan to provide a more intentional layout, by incorporating a large mirror and window to make the space appear more open. We also made the space more functional by designing intentional storage details such as a large linen cabinet and a hidden walk in closet.
