SHORELAND
This client wanted to keep the feel of traditional Rocky River homes while updating it to fit their more modern aesthetics. We created a traditional Rocky River entry complete with fun wallpaper and board and batten to help bring some of the original character back to the home. In the addition, the clients wanted to focus on natural materials by incorporating neutral and wood tones in the kitchen and plaster on both the fireplace and the range hood. They also wanted the kitchen to be as functional as possible by incorporating a large display cabinet/coffee bar that could be closed or open without invading their walk space.
