This client wanted to modernize their townhome and bring new life to it to make it the ultimate entertainment space. We incorporated tri-tone cabinetry, unique tile, and full height quartz to create a modern kitchen with a 10’ island, and wine fridge perfect for entertaining guests. This space opens up to the main living room where we incorporated cross beams, and a shiplap fireplace to create the perfect hang out space. On the 2nd floor, we created a beautiful primary suite with a show stopping freestanding tub complete with featured wall and ceiling tile, a vintage chandelier and two-toned floating vanity. As we make our way up the modernized stairs, complete with modern railing and gorgeous stair runner, we enter the ultimate entertainment space featuring a 10’ slider opening out to a roof deck with views to the Cleveland skyline, a wet bar complete with beverage center, and a renovated full bath.
